Hi and welcome to our website!

Abacot Gallery opened in the summer of 2007. It was started by three artists with a shared interest and passion for art. With tons of hard work and help from a lot of wonderful people they were able to open. The first exhibition was on June 29 appropriately called Suku (meaning family in Finish) because of the support and help from family and friends. Abacot Gallery strives to bring something new, comfortably finding its home in the LA art scene. With hundreds of galleries in the city, Abacot Gallery distinguishes itself by showcasing contemporary art that is fresh and well done. The artists that show at the gallery are talented, they have a passion for what they do and a strong voice. The goal of Abacot is not only to bring a meaningful experience to art watchers but to also provide a unique opportunity to new art buyers as well serious collectors.

Submission policy
We'd love to see your art! Please send your portfolio to: info@abacotgallery.com with the subject “Artist Porfolio Review.” Due to the volume of submissions and gallery operations, we will try our best to get back to all of you but we apologize in advance if we have missed you.

Please include 5 – 10 clear images of your most recent body of work, including medium used, size, and date, along with your artist's statement and your website, if applicable. Please do not send any physical portfolios. Abacot Gallery is not responsible for any damage and/or loss.
